This is how we can create a new work routine

The current coronavirus crisis is temporarily changing the way we work in Israel - in accordance with the Ministry of Health's guidelines, some of the people started working from home and some are continuing to work from the workplace. In the workplace, employees are required to keep at least two meters between each other. There is a complete prohibition on the arrival of sick workers to the workplace.
Essential companies, such as a power company, banks, chain stores and gas stations, continue to operate in accordance with the law, in order to enable the functional continuity of the economy. Arrival of these employees into work is the one thing that will ensure that we all have an available and permanent supply of essential services for our lives. So, if you know such employees, check to see if they need help with the kids or other chores.
In companies that have started working from home, rather than having meetings, discussions and face-to-face consultations, most work processes can be done remotely. As far as possible, it is important to continue to maintain a work routine, even if it requires adapting and implementing new technological tools and practices.
To be able to maintain a work routine, we recommend that you create a home-based workspace that includes the amenities that are convenient for you. Because of the blurring between home and work, it is worth setting the working hours in advance and updating your co-workers.
The current crisis also creates benefits such as saving hours of travel back and forth to work. It also creates an opportunity to embrace innovative technologies and create more effective practices for both you and your colleagues.
