How to conduct yourself in the new routine

?When can I leave home and what services are available


As part of the fight against the spread of the Coronavirus and to ensure the continuity of the economy, new restrictions have been approved, which include limiting all people from roaming in public spaces and closing activity in most stores. Violation of the prohibitions is a criminal offense, which will also allow an administrative fine to be imposed on the violators. The regulations will last for a period of 7 days.

In what cases can you leave the house?
The new regulations prohibit going out of the house into public spaces aside from one of the following (leaving the house for any other unnecessary purpose is limited to 100 meters only):
· Going to a workplace approved by the regulations
· Supermarket Shopping - Food, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare and Pharmacy Equipment
· Getting medical service
· Blood donations
·Demonstration
· Legal proceedings
· Going to the Knesset
· For welfare handling
·Wedding / funeral / circumcision (Brit) / prayer - in an open space only, up to 10 people, 2 meters from each other
· Women going to ritual bath (Mikve), by appointment
· Assistance to another person for medical or functional difficulty, or distress requiring assistance
· Transfer of a minor, whose parents live separately, by one of his parents, to the other parent's home
· Transfer of a minor whose responsible parent is required to leave for a vital need and there is no responsible adult at the place of residence to be kept under his supervision

What's open, what's closed?

Services that continue to be available to the public
In accordance with the regulations, all stores will be closed to the public and can only deliver except the following stores:
· Store that sells food (including animal food) - up to 4 people per register
· Pharmacy - up to 4 people per register
· Hygiene and Optics Sales Store - up to 4 people per register

The list of places they are not allowed to operate:
· Stores are closed except for the list of stores listed above and online sale with home delivery
· Shopping malls (except for the following stores in the mall - supermarkets, pharmacies or a store that mostly sells hygiene products)
· Businesses for non-medical body treatment (according to the Business Licensing Order: Beauty and Cosmetic Care, Pedicure and Manicure, Tanning Salon, Hairdresser, Tattoo Parlor, Piercing, Alternative Medicine)
· Restaurants - even in hotels (except deliveries)
· Cinemas, theaters and other cultural institutions
· Outdoor amphitheaters and fair grounds
· Banquet halls
· Clubs, bars and pubs
· Gyms
· Swimming pools, bathhouses
· Water parks, zoo, safari, petting zoo (except for essential animal care)
·Amusement parks
· Public boats
·Museums and libraries
· Cable car
· Nature Reserves, National Parks and Heritage Sites

Reducing public transport
The new guidelines instruct reducing public transport to minimum.
Buses – Limited public transport will continue to essential centers and employment centers. Public transport should only be used if there is no other choice.
Trains – No trains.
Work shuttles - Work shuttles are allowed.
Taxis - You can take a taxi with a driver and a passenger sitting in the back seat. If it is a trip for medical care with chaperone allowed by regulations, 2 passengers are allowed to sit in the back seat with open windows.


Special education
 According to the decision made by the Ministry of Justice, children with disabilities are allowed to go past the 100m in the following cases:
1.n essential cases that are required to maintain physical or mental health, people with disabilities, that are on the autistic spectrum, with mental disabilities or anything of the sort are allowed to leave the house together with one escort. If necessary beyond the 100m.
2.exit will be done proportionally according to the minimum time and distance necessary, whilst following the Ministry of Health guidelines (a distance of 2m between people etc.)
3. It is advisable to exit with the appropriate approvals such as a disability certificate, certificate of exemption from queues or a professional document.
